IRONMAN® PERFORMANCE RECOVERY SANDALS provide proper cushioning, support and alignment of your feet (and body) providing relief to your stressed musculoskeletal system, and aiding in recovery after intense training.

Plantar Fasciitis occurs when the plantar fascia is placed under excessive stress and strain causing inflammation of the tissue and pain. The two most common sites of pain are on the inside of the arch and on the inside of the sole of the heel. IRONMAN® PERFORMANCE RECOVERY SANDALS help you reduce the risk of getting plantar fasciitis and alleviate the discomfort if you already have it.

BIO-FIT™ Contoured Shape combines unique design elements; featuring a cushioned heel, deep heel cup, orthotic arch support, metatarsal dome, and a cushioned forefoot. Each of these biomechanical attributes have been carefully designed and engineered to provide "Full-Contact Comfort™" to the widest possible cross-section of foot types and shapes.


FLEXALIGN™ material can be formulated to provide shock absorbtion/cushioning, energy return and is a durable material. FLEXALIGN™ material provides both cushioning and energy return by formulation, design, and density. Overall it provides an excellent light weight material for sandal applications.

360° HEEL CUP™ provides impact protection upon heel strike. Aligns the medial and lateral sides of the heel to properly align the heel, helping to prevent heel eversion and/or inversion. It cushions and supports where the plantar fascia attaches to the heel bone to help with plantar fasciitis.

SM-FOAM™ Technology offers the initial softness of memory foam, but with the added benefit of molded structural integrity. Conventional Memory Foam is soft and comfortable but lacks the ability to be shaped into orthotic-grade contours.

PWR-GEL™ material is formulated to provide maximum cushioning and durable material that has less than 11% compression set resulting in providing maximum cushioning to the feet with every step, time after time.

PWR-BRIDGE™ technology is a series of support structures that properly supports and stabilizes the heel and mid-foot to help align the foot. The support begins in the heel to help align the heel in the proper alignment. The support continues on the medial and lateral arch of the foot thru the mid-foot gait cycle helping to biomechanically align the foot in its proper position to promote an effective gait cycle from heel strike to toe off.

PWR-THANE™ material is formulated to provide shock absorption/cushioning and energy return to the foot, is a durable material and has a low compression set rate providing a performance insole to the foot.
